Will the AI make up policy positions?
It's instructed to answer from your knowledge base and to hand off when it doesn't know. Add never-say rules for topics it must avoid, and turn on approval mode if you want staff to review every reply before it goes out.
How are opt-outs handled?
STOP, START and HELP keywords are processed automatically, every change is written to the consent ledger, and opted-out contacts are skipped by campaigns.
Does it take care of election and texting rules for us?
It gives you the tools: consent records, quiet hours, opt-out enforcement, disclosure text in templates and an audit log. Your campaign is still responsible for following election law, telecom rules and carrier registration. Review your program with counsel.
Can supporters donate by text?
