Hi, my AC is blowing warm air. Can someone come out Saturday?
Sorry to hear that. We do have Saturday morning openings. What's the service address, and is the unit making any unusual noise?
1420 Bayview Dr. It's buzzing but the fan runs.
Thanks! I've requested a Saturday 8–10am window at 1420 Bayview Dr. Our coordinator will confirm by text shortly.
The problem
What this pack solves
Missed calls turn into lost jobs
When the phone rings mid-job, callers move on to the next listing. Missed-call text-back starts a conversation instead of a voicemail.
After-hours leads go cold
Form fills and texts that arrive at night sit until morning. Your AI employee replies the moment they arrive.
The office answers the same questions all day
Service area, hours, trip fees, warranties. Put the answers in the knowledge base once and let the agent handle them.
Repeat business slips away
Maintenance reminders and seasonal check-ins rarely go out on time. Scheduled campaigns send them for you.

FAQ
Home services questions
Can it book appointments on its own?
Yes. Set your hours, visit length and how many crews can be booked at once. It offers real open times, books the one the customer picks, and texts a reminder before the visit. Bookings appear on the Calendar page and in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar through a subscription link. Prefer a person to confirm every slot? Turn booking off for that AI employee and it creates a follow-up task instead.
What happens with emergencies?
You write the hand-off rules. When a message matches one, such as a gas smell or water pouring through a ceiling, the agent stops, tells the customer a person is on it, and flags the conversation for your team with a summary.
Will it quote prices?
Only what you allow. Add pricing you're comfortable sharing to the knowledge base, and add anything it should never say, such as exact repair prices before an inspection, to its guardrails.
Do I need a new phone number?
You connect a number from your own Twilio or Telnyx account. Calls to that number can ring your existing phone first; if nobody answers, the caller gets a text back and the AI takes it from there.
