Is white-label included in the free edition?
Yes. Multi-tenancy, sub-accounts and branding are part of the open-source code. Under the AGPL, if you modify the software and let others use it over a network, you must make your modified source available to those users.
Can clients log in to their own account?
Yes. Invite client users to their own sub-account so they can see conversations, take over chats and review drafts.
